The TQLM Variable Speed Adjustable Rotary Cleaner is an upgraded industrial cleaning and grading machine developed from the TQLMZ series plane rotary screen, integrating advanced domestic and international technologies. It is engineered for multi-industry applications, including grain, feed, food, chemical, and wine production, to clean and grade various granular materials. The machine features a 304 stainless steel three-zone drum structure, consisting of pre-cleaning, main separation, and inspection zones, paired with a counter-current airflow system for thorough impurity removal. Magnetic separators at the inlet effectively eliminate ferrous contaminants, while rubber-mounted bearings and precision-balanced rotation minimize vibration for smooth operation. It is particularly suitable for paddy rice cleaning (98% husk removal), seed corn conditioning, pulse crop processing, and specialty grain operations like quinoa and millet, meeting the diverse needs of modern processing facilities.
Multi-trajectory Motion: By adjusting the weight block overlapping ratio, the screen body generates circular, elliptical, and linear reciprocating motions simultaneously, ensuring effective cleaning of all granular material types.
