Upgraded Multi-layer Impurity Removal & Destoning

The integrated two-layer destoner structure realizes classified treatment of raw grains: the upper layer removes large, medium, and small light impurities, and the lower layer separates stones through specific gravity screening, with an impurity removal rate of over 99% and a destoning rate of up to 98%, laying a solid foundation for high-quality rice milling.

High-efficiency Low-loss Hulling & Whitening

The rubber roll huller adopts advanced anti-slip shelling technology, with no noise during operation, high hulling rate, and no damage to brown rice; the sand roll rice whitener is designed with a unique low-temperature structure, which ensures the whiteness of polished rice while controlling the rice temperature, reducing broken rice rate to below 5% and improving the finished rice yield.

Stable Low-failure Triple Elevator System

The triple low-speed elevator is equipped with quick disassembly and assembly upper and lower seats, and the belt can be automatically tightened, which realizes stable and smooth material transportation, reduces the maintenance workload of the equipment, and the equipment operation failure rate is reduced by more than 30% compared with traditional models.

The 550–750 kg/h model is configured with 19.35 kW power, the main shaft speed is 1350 r/min, the total equipment weight is 800 kg, and the overall dimensions are 2695×3135×3119 mm, suitable for small-scale mobile and fixed processing. The 800–1000 kg/h model has an upgraded power of 24.05 kW, the main shaft speed is also 1350 r/min, the weight is increased to 1000 kg, and the dimensions are 2938×3317×3179 mm, matching the production of medium-sized rice mills. The 1200–1500 kg/h high-capacity model is equipped with 30.2 kW power, the main shaft speed is optimized to 1382 r/min, the total weight is 1200 kg, the overall dimensions are 3158×3966×3299 mm, and it can realize continuous large-scale rice processing with stable operation and no downtime for long hours.
