The TFDZA Air Aspirator Channel is a professional cleaning device designed for pre-cleaning and fine cleaning of grains and seeds. It is widely applied in grain depots, seed companies, flour mills, rice mills, feed factories, chemical plants and food processing industries. This equipment can handle various granular materials, including wheat, maize, rice, beans, oil seeds and flour mill raw grains. When equipped with an air aspirator, it can further remove dust impurities in materials, and operators can adjust the machine parameters according to the characteristics of raw grains to achieve the ideal air cleaning effect.
It relies on aerodynamic principles and precision structural design to separate impurities from grains through graded airflow. The equipment is not only suitable for the final cleaning stage of grain processing lines, but also can be used for coffee bean density sorting, nut shell fragment removal, spice purification and plastic flake separation in recycling plants.
The machine adopts an aerodynamic aluminum alloy body, which is equipped with graded airflow channels and 18 adjustable baffles to realize optimal separation of materials and impurities. Transparent polycarbonate panels are installed on the body, providing full visibility of the internal cleaning process. Integrated LED lighting ensures clear observation even in low-light environments.
All contact surfaces of the equipment use food-grade materials, meeting the hygiene requirements of food processing. Its modular design allows for easy expansion or reconfiguration according to production needs, greatly improving the flexibility of application.
It requires a vertical clearance of 2m and a stable compressed air supply with a pressure of 3-5 bar.
Optional PTFE-coated or heated versions are available, which can effectively solve the problem of processing sticky materials.
The air consumption is typically 150-800 m³/h, which depends on the channel width and the type of processed materials.
The lead time for non-standard configurations is 4-5 weeks.
