This automatic bagging packing scale is equipped with an advanced programmable logic control (PLC) system, which supports high-speed sampling processing and can flexibly adapt to different packaging requirements. It is configured with two feeding systems: curved door feeder controlled by cylinder for fast and slow bulk feeding, and electromagnetic vibratory feeder for high-precision feeding of small packages. It supports two weighing modes: weighing with bag and weighing without bag, with a weighing accuracy of ±0.2%, meeting the strict metering requirements of commercial production.
The main body of the equipment adopts stainless steel construction, which is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean, adapting to the harsh production environment of chemical, food and other industries, with overall dimensions ranging from 910×800×2900 mm to 2600×1200×3200 mm for different models. The servo-driven bag clamp ensures stable and firm bag fixing during the filling process, and the modular design simplifies disassembly, cleaning and maintenance.
