The Food-grade Stainless Steel Multi-compartment Plansifter is a high-precision plane rotary screening equipment specially developed for the classification and screening of powdery materials in food, medicine, chemical and grain processing industries. Adopting food-grade 304 stainless steel as the main material and a suspended box-type structural design, it is driven by twin out-of-balance motors to generate 900–1500 rpm balanced horizontal vibration, realizing 360° uniform material distribution and precise separation of materials with different particle sizes (0–400 µm). It is widely used in wheat flour grading, rice powder purification, pharmaceutical excipient sizing and pulse flour classification, and the optional CIP cleaning nozzles and cooling jackets make it adaptable to the high-hygiene and temperature-controlled screening needs of heat-sensitive materials, fully meeting the industry hygiene and quality standards.
The Food-grade Stainless Steel Multi-compartment Plansifter stands out in the market due to its optimized sieve box design, zero powder leakage sealing technology and multi-scenario adaptive configuration. Its sieve box has a larger effective height than similar products, making the sieve path arrangement more flexible and the material flow larger, improving screening efficiency by more than 20%. The vertical compression fixing method of the screen mesh and the labyrinth sealing system completely solve the problem of powder leakage between sieve frames, avoiding material waste and environmental pollution. In addition, the dual-version sieve frame (standard/expanded) and optional cooling jackets make it suitable for both ordinary powder screening and high-standard screening of heat-sensitive materials in the pharmaceutical and food industries, with strong scalability.

The sieve box is designed with an increased effective height, which is higher than that of traditional high square screens. This design not only makes the arrangement and adjustment of the sieve path more convenient and flexible, but also increases the single material handling capacity, effectively improving the overall screening efficiency of the equipment.
The sieve frame adopts an optimized structural design and is produced by mechanized processes to ensure uniform specifications; the screen mesh is fixed by two-point twin screw vertical compression, with no displacement or deformation during operation. The labyrinth sealing system is installed at the joint of the sieve box to realize zero powder leakage during the screening process.
The equipment adopts a single-body transmission structure with a bias weight block, which is light in weight and easy to adjust horizontally and vertically, with a wide adjustment range. It can be flexibly adjusted according to the particle size, viscosity and flow characteristics of different materials to achieve the best screening effect.
Each specification of the sieve frame is available in standard and expanded versions for users to choose according to production scale; optional CIP clean-in-place nozzles realize automated cleaning, reducing manual cleaning workload; optional cooling jackets can control the internal temperature at 5–30°C, suitable for the screening of heat-sensitive materials.

The 1800 mm series includes FSFG4×16, FSFG6×16, FSFG8×16 models, with sieve frame height of 1395–1435 mm, motor power of 3 kW, 4 kW, 5.5 kW respectively, and screening area of 17.7–22.1, 26.5–33.2, 35.3–44.3 ㎡. The 2300 mm series covers FSFG4×24 to FSFG10×24 models, sieve frame height of 1895–1935 mm (partial models 1875–1915 mm), motor power 3 kW–15 kW, maximum screening area 66.25–83 ㎡. The 2470 mm high-efficiency series includes FSFG4×28 to FSFG10×28 models, sieve frame height of 2035–2075 mm, motor power 4 kW–15 kW, the maximum screening area reaches 77.3–96.9 ㎡. All models adopt plane rotary vibration design, with a vibration frequency of 900–1500 rpm, realizing high-precision and high-efficiency powder classification and screening.
